2025 the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Software System and Information Processing (ICSSIP) will be held in Kaifeng (河南省开封市), China on October 17-19, 2025. It is sponsored by Henan University, China, hosted by School of Computer and Information Engineering (Henan University).

The conference aims to bring scientists, experts, instructors, non-govermental organizations and private sector representatives together to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge in a scientific framework. In addition to cutting edge research paper presentations in engineering areas, the platform serves as a multi-disciplinary platform for discussing current issues in the multidisciplinary studies and innovative technologies.

About the Location

Kaifeng is one of the oldest cities in China, and was the capital of China during several dynasties including the Xia, Song and Jin and is believed to have been the largest city in the world for most of the 11th century. Marco Polo visited in 1260. Kaifeng's central axis has never changed, and successive iterations of the city were built on top of the ruins of its previous versions.
